From Kickoff to Live.
We connect to the systems you already run, model your structure and approvals, put one module in front of a small group, then widen it.
What we need from you. And what is running by the time we stop asking.
The left column is what your team gives us, and every one of them ends. The right column is what is running when it does, and none of them stops.
One systems contact, for part of a week. No project team, and your sellers are not involved yet.
Vailent is reading from the systems you already run, and nothing was migrated to make that work.
The person who already knows the approval rules, for a few sessions. They are describing how you work today, not designing something new.
Your own approval flows, customer tiers and org structure, modelled in Canopy.
5 to 10 sellers doing their own work, in their own week. They keep every tool they had, so a bad week costs them nothing.
A small group closing real deals in Pipeline, with the rest of the org working exactly as it did.
A short enablement session per group. There is no cutover date, because there is nothing to cut over from.
The org has it, and the next module lands without touching the one before it.
What each week actually involves.
Something to read, in the first week.
Provision your tenant, set up SSO, and point Vailent at the ERP, CRM, email and pricing sources you already run so it can read from them.

Your rules, not a default somebody else wrote.
Model your approval flows, your customer tiers and your org structure in Canopy, so the first pass is checked against the rules your team already works to.

Real deals, a small group, everything else untouched.
Put one module in front of a small group running live deals on Pipeline, watch what they hit, and change it while they are still watching.

Widened, one module at a time.
Open it to the org and add modules one at a time, at the pace your team absorbs them, with the ones already running left alone.

Nothing gets switched off for this to start.
- Every system you run today is still running tomorrow
- Nothing is migrated, so there is nothing to migrate back
- Each module lands on its own, and the ones already running are left alone
Questions we get asked.
How long does this take?
One to six weeks. The first connection lands in week one, and modules go live one at a time after that.
How much of my team does this cost?
No project team. A systems contact for part of the first week, the person who already knows your approval rules for a few sessions, and a small group of sellers doing their own work during the pilot.
Do we have to migrate our data?
No. Vailent reads from the systems you already run, so there is no export to clean up and nothing to migrate back if you stop.
Is there a day where everything changes at once?
No cutover date. Each module lands on its own and the ones already running are left alone.
Bring us the first week.
Not the whole programme. One system to read from, one set of rules to model, and one group of people who do the same task every day. That is enough to start, and it is enough for you to see whether the rest is worth it.
