Increasing Productivity & Profitability for Chemical & Polymer Companies
Vailent is the AI-native infrastructure for the chemical industry, and a machine for accumulating the one thing that can't be commoditized: the structured context of how the material economy actually works.
What drives us.
The principles that guide how we build products and serve our customers.
Industry-First
We build for chemical and polymer companies because we understand the complexity of that commerce. Every feature, every workflow, every AI model is tuned for this industry.
Quantifiable Impact
We don't deal in vague promises. Vailent delivers measurable business outcomes: faster onboarding, reduced errors, increased deal velocity. Real metrics, not bullshit marketing fluff.
Compounding Intelligence
We believe AI should get smarter with every interaction. Our platform captures institutional knowledge and compounds it across your entire organization.
Fits What You Run
Technology should enhance workflows, not replace them. We integrate deeply into existing processes so teams can adopt Vailent without disruption.
Lean by Design
We're built lean by choice: small senior team, no bloat, no layers. The savings don't go to overhead; they pass straight through to our customers in pricing, velocity, and the depth of what we ship.
Velocity
Speed compounds. We ship in days what incumbents plan in quarters, and every release sharpens the next. The faster we learn, the faster our customers win.
Leadership
Pat and Sal have run product and technology together since 2018. Vailent is the fourth company they have built in those two seats.

Pat Salomé
Pat has built his career in and around chemical and polymer companies, from the operations side to the executive seat. He began as an environmental consultant, working alongside the industrial operations Vailent now serves. He went on to run global product across APAC, EU, and LATAM for a Fortune 500 manufacturer. At Vailent he leads product, with a focus on artificial intelligence, commercial workflow, and what better software can finally do for an industry that has waited a long time for it. He co-founded two companies and served as chief executive of one. As chief product officer of BluePallet he spent three and a half years on the core problems of chemical distribution, building financial technology, machine learning systems, and a commerce experience on top of a market network. All three of those companies have since been acquired or merged.

Salvatore Cacciatore
Sal has spent his career building and scaling software companies, from early-stage development through growth and acquisition. At Vailent he leads technology and innovation, with a focus on artificial intelligence, enterprise software, and what modern technology can do for complex industries. Before Vailent he held leadership roles at BluePallet and Zero, both since acquired, where he helped build products, engineering teams, and technology organizations designed to scale. His experience spans software architecture, AI, product strategy, cybersecurity, and organizational leadership, and he stays hands-on, because an ambitious idea still has to become a product somebody buys.
